How to change a user's password in the WordPress Dashboard

To change the password of an existing user, a user with administrator permission must access the WordPress panel → Users → All users.

When the screen with the users appears, select the “edit” field in which you want to make the change.

Within the settings, go to Account Management → New Password.

When clicking on the “generate password” button, the user can enter a new password or use the one that appears by default.

That way, after the change has been made, just click on “Update profile”.
