Stage, our WordPress hosting solution, now offers 24/7 support for our customers, which guarantees support for any events that might happen!

This means that you can reach out to our support team no matter the day or the time because we'll have an analyst ready to help you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Anytime you need some help with your WordPress hosting, you can definitely reach out to us and we'll be available. 

24/7 support will include tickets, which you can open by sending an email to help@rockcontent.com, and live chat. You can check how to get in touch with our team right here!

24/7 live chat will be exclusively available to customers in the Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise tiers. However, customers in the Basic tier and legacy tiers will be able to open a ticket and they'll be helped equally. In case you want to change to a tier that includes 24/7 live chat, please contact help@ or your Customer Success Manager.

We should remind you that 24/7 support is only for the Stage product. Studio and Ion will continue with business hours support.
