Portal Users: How to create a user
Create an account for your readers to be able to upload content on your site. Readers do not have to have a user account to browse content but they do need one if they want to upload content online. This is only for customers who do not have SSO or JanRain registration integrations.
Users > Portal Users
- Click on the Actions button - Select New User
- Fill out the following:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Password - Confirm Password
- Trusted (this designates users who submissions will automatically approve)
Now the user will be able to log in to your site by going to the site URL and clicking Sign In and using the credentials created.
