      Open and Close a Stream

      When a stream is open, you can add content to it and collect comments from front-end users. Once the stream has been closed, front-end comments can no longer be accepted, and content creation and curation are limited. 
       

      Navigation

      Dashboard > Any Stream > Write
      Dashboard > Any Live Stream > Any Page

      Permission

      Administrator  |  Developer  |  Editor

      Open a Stream

      1. Go to the Write page of your stream.
      2. Click the Open This Stream button (located in the RTE within Content Studio or on the right-rail of your Standard mode page) to open your stream.

      Close a Stream

      1. Enter your Stream setup page by going to the top of the page and navigate the drop down Setup > Stream.
      2. Click on the Close Stream link, located at the top-right corner of each page.
