How to track deadlines?

Learn how to follow the delivery of your projects and know if deadlines are being met.

Do you know how to view your agency's performance? And whether the projects are being delivered on the date agreed with the customer? This information is essential for the better management of your agency's projects.

1. Set deadlines and the ones responsible

For you to be able to follow your projects with greater precision, it is necessary to set deadlines and the ones responsible for both the pieces and the tasks, either at the opening of the project or during its production.

2. Use Activity Management to track projects

So that your agency won't miss deadlines, use Activity Management to monitor the project progress at your agency. In the block view, you will easily and clearly see the demands that are overdue, thus being able to avoid missing deadlines as much as possible.

3. Use the reports for a more detailed view

To consolidate and measure your agency's activities, use the Performance Evaluation report. It will show you the performance of employees and the number of demands delivered after the deadline.

The report also shows the agency's overall performance, that is, how many activities were delivered after the deadline.

4. Learn the most common status for deadline loss

In addition to viewing the performance per employee, you can also get a detailed view of delays. Use the "Performance Activity" tab to find out in what status stage demands have been delayed most often.
