Activity duration report

Know how to analyze the hours worked within iClips.

If you have a monthly hourly contract with your clients, it is important to keep track of how much is being spent, either to perform contract value analysis or to present what is being done to the client.

Therefore, in addition to the existing activity duration report, which contains cost information, we also have a report that focuses on the number of working hours!

To see it on your iClips, just access the menu on the left, in Report and B.I, go to Projects and then Duration of activities, as shown in the gif below:


The default filter is the current week, but you can alter it according to your needs. You just need to customize the filters:



The header in the report informs the total of hours and minutes, as well as the distribution of time by job, activity and step.



In the first screen, you will see the clients and the number of jobs, pieces and steps, in addition to total time spent on each client in a given period.



In the tab Jobs, it is possible to see the name of the project, client, number of pieces and steps, in addition to time spent on each job.



In activities, it’s possible to see the name of the activity, the project it belongs to, the respective client, the number of fulfilled steps and total time.


In the tab Steps, you can view, in more detail, the step, the person in charge, the piece to which the project belongs to, the client and total time spent.



A very interesting feature in this report is that you can navigate between the tabs by clicking on any of the items and applying their respective filter. For example, if you are in the tab Jobs and click on a client, that client is automatically added to the filter, and so on.



The Activity Duration report, in addition to helping you control internal hours, can be very interesting to present to the client, showing data in a transparent way about what was accomplished during a certain period of time!
